What is a Deposit Limit?
A Deposit Limit allows you to manage the maximum amount you are able to deposit into your betting account over a period of time. You have the option to set a 1, 7, 14 or 28 day Deposit Limit. The amount should be set in line with your personal circumstances and should only be what you think you can afford to bet with.
You can change your Deposit Limit at any time in the ‘Responsible Gambling’ section in ‘My Account’ either on the App or website. You can also email us at support@tabcorp.com.au or call us on 131 802. Any decreases will take effect immediately but increases will take effect after 7 days.

The Benefits of Setting a Deposit Limit:
Take A Break allows you to suspend your account for 1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 30, 90 and 180 days. During the break you will be unable to access your TAB account or any associated features. When you next log in via app or web, your account will be automatically unlocked. If you usually bet via phone, you will need to contact Customer Service on 131 802 to get your account unlocked.

Set a Debit Card Limit to manage the daily amount you can deposit into your account via your debit card. If you wish to set a Debit Card Limit call us on 131 802.
If you no longer wish to use your online betting facility with TAB you can choose to close your account. By closing your account you will no longer be able to log in or access any features of your account.
So that your request is processed promptly we recommend that your account is verified, you have no pending bets, you withdraw any funds in your account and you update your bank account details and address in ‘My Account’. If you choose to close your account and have pending bets these will be processed once they have resulted, however you will be unable to login or access any features of your account once your request to close your account has been submitted. Any winnings from pending bets or other funds that were not withdrawn will be paid into the bank account or sent via cheque to the address in the ‘My Details’ section of your TAB account. Updating your marketing preferences and opt out of receiving emails or messages from us.
To opt out of App messages only you can change your Marketing Notification Setting on the website and IOS under the Account section (under Preferences) on the App or call us on 131 802.
To opt out of emails and/or text messages follow the “Stop” or “Unsubscribe” links in the message / text.
